01Why it exists
Five logins, five bills, one job.
We were running social media for our own projects and for clients on a stack of single-purpose tools: one for scheduling, one for the inbox, one for automations, one for analytics, one for client approvals.
Each one had its own login, its own billing date and its own idea of what a “client” was. The alternative was an enterprise suite priced for a company with a procurement department. Neither option was built for a small team that just needs to run social media properly.
So Ignis is one product, and the client is the thing everything hangs off: accounts, permissions, the calendar, the inbox, the media library, the numbers and the bill. Nothing has to be kept in step by hand.

One client at a time
Pick a client and everything follows: their accounts, their calendar, their inbox, their media, their numbers. Switch client and the whole workspace switches with you. On Agency, each extra client workspace is AED 29 a month, not a sales call.
Eight places, one composer
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, Reddit and WhatsApp. Write the post once, change what needs changing for each platform, and Ignis checks it against all of them before it queues. A Reddit title stops at 300 characters, and you find that out at 301 rather than at publish time.
Every message in one list
Instagram DMs, Messenger and WhatsApp, plus comments and mentions, in one list per client. Tag a conversation, hand it to someone, and nobody answers the same person twice. Reply windows close, so Ignis shows you the time left on each one.
Posts leave on the client’s clock
Every client carries its own time zone. Set a post for 6:30pm on a Dubai client and it goes out at 6:30pm in Dubai, whichever city you were sitting in when you planned it. One calendar for all of them, and you can drag things wherever you want them.
Automations that run without you
Leave instructions and go to bed. When a DM arrives, if it mentions the sale, send this. A flow keeps running whether or not your laptop is open. AI can draft the caption or the reply, and a person always presses send.
Everyone sees exactly what you give them
You choose which clients each person on your team can open and what they can do there. Give a freelancer one client, read-only, and that is the only thing they can see. Clients get a white-label link to review and approve, and a post nobody approved cannot go out. That portal is included on every paid plan.

Ignis is made by Novamind Technologies FZE, registered in Ajman Freezone, United Arab Emirates, and founded in 2025. That is the name on your invoice and the name in the privacy policy.
