IGNIS

Changelog

What changed, and what you can do with it.

Grouped by month, newest first. Every entry is something you can go and do in Ignis today, not a note about the code underneath it.

Updated October 2026. The roadmap carries what is coming next.

  • Manage your own WhatsApp templates

Create, delete and unpause WhatsApp message templates from inside Ignis. When Meta refuses one, the connection drawer shows its own rejection reason, and every template’s quality rating (green, yellow or red) is shown next to it. A live WhatsApp conversation in the inbox is still waiting on Meta’s approval; see the roadmap.

  • Reply under your own name

A reply you send from the inbox on a Facebook Page can go out under your own name instead of the brand’s, so the person on the other end knows who they are talking to.

  • See what happened to a post the moment it happens

The planner shows whether a scheduled post went out, failed or is still queued as soon as Ignis hears back from the platform, instead of waiting for you to refresh.

  • See what was already posted, not only what Ignis posted

The planner now also shows posts published straight from Instagram or Facebook, not only the ones you scheduled through Ignis, so the calendar matches what is actually on the account.

  • Connect Instagram through a Facebook Page login

An Instagram account connected through Facebook Login can now connect to Ignis, with a picker when that login manages more than one Facebook Page.

  • A working checkout, with your billing cycle recorded

Upgrading from inside Ignis now takes you to a real checkout, and your billing cycle is recorded against your account from the moment you pay.

  • Two-factor authentication actually works

Turning it on in Settings used to do nothing, and an account that had it on could be locked out for good. Both are fixed: turn it on, confirm it and turn it off from Settings, and every login code is single-use.

  • Analytics that work on a phone

The analytics dashboard no longer loses most of the screen to the sidebar on mobile. Trends can compare up to four metrics at once instead of dropping your first pick the moment you add a second, and a status chip names anything that is not reporting.

  • Connect to the right YouTube channel

Pick the YouTube channel you actually meant to connect instead of whichever one Google preferred, see its comments inside Ignis, and get told the moment a new video goes up.

  • An inbox that tells the truth

A reaction on a comment shows the real count, a commenter’s photo renders instead of a placeholder, tapping a photo or video opens it full size, and a conversation with new activity jumps back to the top of the list.

  • A video editor you can actually cut with

Footage lands as picture and sound on separate tracks, keyframes animate it, crop is a drag and split or re-link clips. It is still labelled beta: a few preview effects do not match what you export yet.

  • Nine automation templates to start from

Pick a ready-made automation instead of building one from nothing, including a public comment that triggers a private reply with buttons. Nine ship today: keyword reply, comment to DM, first-message welcome, lead capture, FAQ router, keyword tag and notify, away responder, follower gate, and story reply follow-up.

  • Post to a LinkedIn company Page

Choose a LinkedIn company Page to post to, not only your own personal profile.

  • Connect a WhatsApp number you already own

An agency that already owns a WhatsApp Business number can connect it to Ignis directly, without going through Meta’s Embedded Signup.

  • Move your own account, and never get locked out

Move a connected account to a different agency yourself, and disconnecting Ignis from Meta no longer locks the account out for good.

  • An Instagram and Facebook inbox that recognises people

A DM contact shows their real name and photo instead of a raw ID, a Facebook mention shows which post it was on, and a message deleted or unsent at the source disappears from your inbox too.
