Managing social media for multiple clients

18 August 2026. 4 min read.

Two clients is a spreadsheet. Five is a problem. You are signed into six accounts across three browsers, a reply meant for the café has gone out from the law firm, and you cannot remember which client asked for the Thursday post to move. The work is not hard. Keeping the work separate is.

The fix is not more discipline. It is a workspace that treats one client as one place, so their accounts, their calendar, their inbox and their numbers move together and never mix with anyone else’s.

Work one client at a time

Pick a client and the whole workspace becomes theirs. You see their connected accounts, their scheduled posts, their conversations and their analytics, and nothing from the client you had open a minute ago. Switch client and it all switches with you. There is no shared feed to filter and no dropdown to double-check before you hit send.

This is the difference between a tool that lets you add clients and a tool built around them. One client’s work never appears in another client’s workspace, so the café’s reply cannot leave from the law firm.

Their inbox, their calendar, their numbers

Each client carries its own of everything. The inbox for that client holds their Instagram DMs, Messenger and WhatsApp in one list, plus comments and mentions, so a message never sits unseen in an app nobody opened. The calendar holds their posts, scheduled in their time zone rather than yours. The analytics show their followers, reach, views and engagement, per account and summed, each figure stamped with when it was collected.

When a client asks how last month went, you open their numbers, not a report you have to assemble from four exports first.

Give the right people the right access

A freelancer who edits captions for one client should see one client. Ignis lets you set that. You choose who sees which client, and the limit holds everywhere, not just on the screen you set it on. Give someone one client and read-only, and that one client is the only thing they can open.

Every account you connect is encrypted, and you connect it by signing in with the platform itself, so no social password ever reaches Ignis. When a contractor leaves, you remove them, and their access to every client goes with them in one action.

Let clients approve without another login

Approvals are where multi-client work usually breaks. A client will not learn your tool, so the sign-off happens over email, and the version that goes out is not always the version they saw. The white-label client portal is the answer to that. Your client opens a page with your branding, sees the posts waiting on them, and approves or asks for a change. A post nobody approved cannot go out. The portal comes with Growth and Agency at no extra cost, however many clients use it.

What it costs to add one

Growth is AED 49 a month for one client workspace. Agency starts at the same AED 49, which covers one client workspace and ten team members, and is the plan you add to: each additional client workspace is AED 29 a month, and each team member past ten is AED 5.50 a month. There is no per-client sales call and no quote to wait for. You can see the full breakdown on the pricing page, and you can start on the free plan with one client before you commit to any of it.

The point of all of it is a quieter head. Ten clients should feel like ten small, tidy workspaces, not one loud one you are trying to keep straight by memory.

Run one client, or ten, from one place.

Basic is free for one client. Growth is AED 49 a month, with every platform and the automations.
