Scheduling posts in your client's time zone

21 August 2026. 3 min read.

You are in Dubai. One client’s audience is in Paris, another’s is in London, a third posts for people back home. You set a post for half six in the evening, which is the hour that works, and it lands at half six your time. For an audience three hours behind, that is mid-afternoon. The post that was meant for the evening scroll goes out to an empty room.

Time zones are the quiet tax on running social for other people. Most schedules are built around the person doing the scheduling, not the people who will see the post.

Set the time once, per client

In Ignis, every client carries their own time zone. You schedule in that time zone, so half six in the evening means half six where the audience is. You do not do the arithmetic and you do not redo it when the clocks change.

Two clients, side by side, make it plain. Aurora Café posts at 6:30pm in Dubai. Lumière Atelier posts at 6:30pm in Paris. Same number on the calendar, two different moments in the day, each one right for its own audience. You set the intent, the evening scroll, and Ignis holds it to the client’s clock.

One calendar, the client’s week

Each client has their own calendar, showing their posts and nobody else’s, laid out in their week. You can see the run of the month at a glance, move a post by dragging it, and know that the time you see is the time the audience will see it. Switch to another client and the calendar switches to their week and their time zone with it.

Write it once, send it wide

The schedule is only half of it. You write a post once and target the accounts you want it on, and each platform takes it in the shape it expects. Ignis publishes to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, Reddit and WhatsApp, and it shows you what each connected account can actually do before you schedule, so you never plan a post around something a platform will not allow.

A post that respects the local hour and the platform’s own rules is a post that had its best chance before it ever went out.

Start with one client’s clock

The free plan schedules to three platforms for one client, which is enough to feel the difference between your time and theirs. When you outgrow it, Growth opens all the platforms and unlimited posts at AED 49 a month. The pricing page has the rest.

Run one client, or ten, from one place.

Basic is free for one client. Growth is AED 49 a month, with every platform and the automations.
