The draft goes to the client as a screenshot in an email. They reply with a change. You make it, send a fresh screenshot, and wait. Two days later they approve the first version by mistake, because it is above the second one in the thread. The post that goes out is not quite the post anyone agreed to, and nobody can point to where it was signed off.
Approvals break in the gap between your tool and the client’s inbox. The way to close the gap is to bring the client to the post, not the post to the client.
Nothing goes out unapproved
In Ignis, a post can wait for approval before it is allowed to publish. While it waits, it cannot go out, by any route. This is not a reminder you can click past. A post nobody approved cannot be scheduled around, rushed through or sent by accident. The rule holds inside the product, so the safeguard is real rather than a habit you have to keep.
The client sees the real thing
Your client opens a portal that carries your branding, not ours. They see the posts waiting on them, exactly as each one will appear, and they approve or ask for a change in a sentence. No account of yours to log into, no tool to learn, no screenshots to compare. They are looking at the post itself, so what they approve is what publishes.
When they ask for a change, it comes back to you against that post, in one place, not buried in a reply four messages deep. You make the edit and it goes back for the yes.
Keep sign-off on the record
Every action in Ignis is on the record, and the record cannot be edited. So the question of who approved what, and when, has an answer you can show, not a memory you have to defend. For work you do on behalf of someone else, that is worth as much as the approval itself.
Who sees which client
Approvals sit on top of access. You choose who on your side sees which client, and that limit holds everywhere in Ignis. A client only ever sees their own posts in their own portal. One client’s work never appears in another’s, in the workspace or the portal.
What it costs
The client portal comes with Growth and Agency at no extra cost, no matter how many clients use it. Growth is AED 49 a month for one client workspace. Agency starts at the same AED 49, which covers one client workspace and ten team members, and adds AED 29 a month for each additional client workspace. The portal is not on the free Basic plan. The pricing page lays out the full bill, and Features shows the approval step in the flow it belongs to.
Run one client, or ten, from one place.
Basic is free for one client. Growth is AED 49 a month, with every platform and the automations.
