Automations

Social media automations that earn their keep

30 August 2026. 3 min read.

Most talk about automation promises to run your whole account while you sleep. The automations that actually earn their place are smaller and duller than that. Someone comments the word “price” and gets a reply. A first message lands and gets answered before the window closes. These are the tasks you would do by hand if you were watching, and the only problem with doing them by hand is that you are not always watching.

Trigger, condition, action

Every automation in Ignis is three plain parts. A trigger is the thing that happens: a comment, a mention, a new message. A condition narrows it: only when the comment contains a word, only on one account, only inside the reply window. An action is what Ignis does: reply in public, or send a direct message.

Because it is three parts you can read, you always know what a flow will do before you switch it on, and you can tell exactly why it fired after it did.

Two that are worth building first

Answer the keyword. When someone comments a word you choose under a post, Ignis can reply in the open, send them the detail in a direct message, or both. The person who asked about the price hears back in a minute instead of an hour, and you did not have to be at your desk for it.

Catch the first message. When a new conversation starts, a first reply can go out while the window is open, so the customer is not left waiting and the window is not lost. You take over the moment you are free, in the same inbox where the conversation already lives.

Where the writing stays human

For the messages that deserve a real answer, Ignis can draft a caption or a reply for you, but a person always sends it. The draft saves the blank page, not the judgement. That AI runs on a monthly credit budget, so it helps with the writing without quietly becoming your biggest bill.

Built around one client at a time

Automations belong to a client, run on the accounts you pick, and respect what each platform allows. A flow you build for one client does not reach into another’s conversations. Automations come with Growth at AED 49 a month; the free plan is for reading and posting first. The pricing page has the detail, and Features shows a flow being built.

Run one client, or ten, from one place.

Basic is free for one client. Growth is AED 49 a month, with every platform and the automations.
